I definitely picked the right guy to fit CCTV and a security alarm for me. From the first contact, Nick was very helpful, informative and efficient, getting a very clear quote for numerous items to me in just a day or so. The project was not completely straightforward, as regards cable-runs for example, but Nick was very responsive to my ideas and wishes and came up with the best solutions. He was certainly very knowledgeable about the complexities of modern CCTV and alarms, about which, as I soon discovered, there is a lot to know. For example differences between analogue and HD CCTCV systems, which he explained very clearly. I was in particular impressed by how (along with a cheaper alternative) he suggested high-quality cameras and other equipment, with a brand name I had heard of, about the only company to do so. Though more expensive, I was confident it would be worth the money. On the day, Nick and his assistant arrived bang on time in the morning, and worked quickly and without a break till the early evening to fit both systems in about nine hours. To say his work is neat is an under-statement, as although there is a good deal of cabling for the CCTV, for example, I can barely see a wire anywhere. Both he and Adam went to great pains to be tidy and clean, also courteous and considerate. I have inevitably had to call Nick about a couple of minor matters as the system settles in, and I feel confident I can count on very good on-going support. Would definitely recommend!
